Sandy is a Border Terrier mix. She is a very sweet and loving little girl! She is very playful, and can run like the wind! She absolutely loves being around children, and gets along with cats and other dogs. I am rehoming her for several reasons—one of which is that I believe she really needs to be in a home with a large fenced-in yard; where she will be able to exercise and run to her heart’s content. Other than that, she is very calm and well-behaved. She is also a true lap dog—meaning that she will literally sit on your lap, for as long as you will allow her to. She’ll also never tire of being petted, or getting her belly rubbed! She weighs about 12 pounds (and at 12 months, she really shouldn’t get much bigger), she is spayed (11/2022), micro-chipped, and is up-to-date on all of her shots (Rabies will be due 7/2023). I have trained her not to bark at every noise that she hears (i.e. she’s NOT a “yapper”). However, she is a very good guardian, and she will definitely alert, when needed. A rehoming fee of $500 (non-negotiable) will be required, as well as three non-relative personal references. I would also like to visit the home where she will be placed. If you are not in agreement with these terms, please do not waste your time, or mine. Sandy is more than just a “pet” to me, and I want to ensure that she goes to someone who can not only offer her a good home, but will also love and spoil her, as much as I do.
