Cairn Terriers a distinct breed, true to its historic nature – a fearless, hardy, and intelligent ‘big dog in a small body’. Come with the first set of shots and a sample of their food, a toy, and training pads to start off the transition to their new family. Our main aim is to send the puppies to good homes. There is a $500 deposit required to claim a puppy, it will be subtracted from the total the day of collecting the puppy. Cairn Terriers are hardy working dogs, originating from the Isle of Skye in the north of Scotland. Originally bred to help farmers and fishermen protect their crops and catch from deprivation by vermin, they retain the high energy, tenacity and drive necessary for their historic work. Today this energy can be channeled into a wide variety of activities from simple walks to long hikes, from chasing balls to informal food search games at home and to a wide range of organized sports. Most Cairns are content to spend a good bit of the day chilling out in a favourite sunny spot - or a dark corner but they also need to work and play with their families to truly thrive.
