Old English Terrier is originated from United Kingdom but Cockalier is originated from United States. Old English Terrier may grow 7 cm / 3 inches higher than Cockalier. Both Old English Terrier and Cockalier are having almost same weight. Both Old English Terrier and Cockalier has almost same life span. Old English Terrier may have more litter size than Cockalier. Known also as the Black Terrier, by the 18th century, the Old English Terrier was available as a rough-coated dog as well as a smooth-coated dog.

The Cockalier is an energetic dog, requiring a lot of exercise and games. These dogs love water games and will love you spraying him with water from the garden hose.
