Petzlover
Romeo is looking for a new home where he can be socialized on a daily basis. He currently only allows his mom to hold him and pet him. He needs an individual who knows and understands birds, who will be patient with him, and love him. He picks up phrases he hears. He has a wide vocabulary, including 'love you', 'where's your sister', 'are you coming' among other phrases. He does not screech, but instead talks or makes beeping noises. He will not be sold to just anyone. He needs to be socialized on a regular basis. He does well with other pets (mostly just avoids them).
