Awesome African Gray Congo + Cage 1/2 yr old African Grey Congo. Beautiful, healthy and full feather, no plucking. Kind of shy at first but then what a talker with an exceptional vocabulary. Can becage territorial if he chooses. He loves to sit on your shoulder and walk around with you giving kisses and talking. He enjoys perching on his open top cage orseparate perch and does this without leaving his designated area
