Australian Blue Heeler needs a new home. Intact male. Has tail and dew claws. They NEED these for balance when herding, agility and just to be the dog they can be. 7mo. old, still very much a pup. Mouthy, vocal. He is at a "teenage stage" where heelers are difficult to handle. Training is out the window for a bit. He will mature. Sire and Dam both great dogs, they are AKC registered, application available for this pup. Shots up to date, puppy shots, rabies and distemper. I am 68 and my health situation has recently regressed and I am not able to work with him as much as he needs. My son and two small grandchildren moved in a few months ago and it's a small house. By winter too small for the dog and the kids. One grandparent on each side decorated herding champs. High herding drive, prey driven for small rodents, rabbits, squirrels. Hasn't caught one yet. Sits, shakes, stands up, lays down, for treats. Highly treat motivated when training. Not crate trained. I do have one for you. Chews constantly so needs chew toys, old shoes and chew toys work.
