We have a need to rehome our 1yr old Australian Cattle Dog Mix, Loial, soon or he's heading to a shelter. He's neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots. He has developed a food aggression issue which has resulted in my 9 yr old son being bitten on the hand twice. He has shown no other food aggression when feeding normal meals and even my son has been able to feed him with Loial waiting patiently for permission to eat. Typically the answer is to train it out of him, however we don't have the time, money, and temperament to do it properly. Additionally, our three cats would appreciate his rehoming as well. One likes him, one kinda tolerates him, and the other has hated him since the moment we brought him home. Loial is a medium size dog (approx 45 lbs) fully grown but still not quite one year old (estimated DOB 09/30/2023). Gorgeous coloring as you can see by the pictures. We would be willing to provide new owner with all current toys and supplies that go with him from leashes and crates to poop bags and toys. We just want to make sure his is going to be taken care of and given the best chance.
