I purchased Koda around January from PetLand for $3,700. I quickly realized that my allergies got much worse and I tried everything to alleviate the allergies but it has become too much to handle. I constantly sneeze and get rashes when I’m close to my dog. I’m sad to say that I’m trying to find him a new home. He is 8 months old and hasn’t been neutered. I have all of his shot records and can provide all of his paperwork that shows he’s full breed Australian Shepherd. I have created a very active lifestyle for him so far. I take him running every morning for a distance of 1 mile and then another mile after work around 7pm. Even after all of that running, he still seems to be full of energy all evening and all day over the weekends. If he’s not stimulated by a toy or by any sort of training/attention, he seems to chew things up that are around the house. I still have yet to train him to stop even after redirecting him to his toys a million times lol. So you will have to be a very patient and understanding dog parent in order for this to work. He does bark at strangers in public but he stops if they come up to him to pet him. You just have to simply pet him first before they approach and settle him down. He barks when he’s in his kennel right before bed for about 10 minutes until he stops hearing surrounding noises and then he stops. He’s a very loving dog and wants pets all the time and kisses everyone who pets him constantly. He knows “sit” and “down” and is not fully potty trained. I have been currently crate training him.
