Brandy, a female Belgium short hair Malinois was purchased by me when I became disabled after a fall while painting a house. I couldn’t have made a better choice. That was four years ago and she is now 4 1/2 years old and has had her first liter of 12. Zorro Claudius is an AKC registered male Belgium Mallinois that I purchased when he was 9 months old, he is now 12 months old and is a first time father. I call him lover boy because he always wants love and attention. They both still astound me with their instinct and intelligence. All they want is to please you and they work hard at trying to anticipate your moves and how they will intercept them. I believe Brandy exhibits the best traits of the female Mallinois and Zorro the best of the male Mallinois as well. Both dogs are stuck in “good mood” only and I think that a nice blend of their traits can be found in these puppies. And if you own one you will be as amazed with them as I have been/still am. Their intelligence, cocky confidence and daily willingness makes them easy to add to the family and to train them.
