Bichon Male 9 weeks

Brought my wife a Bichon as a surprise gift on Thursday June 24, 2021. She wants a Bichon but a girl. I haven't been able to find a girl so I took a chance on getting a boy through Charlotte Dog club. She does not want the boy Bichon. I have invested over 2,600 on the puppy and supplies and will give all items with puppy. They have a no cash refund policy at Charlotte Dog Club if you are wondering.
