This is a Rainbow(female) an Rasta(male). They are a bonded pair of Sun conures, although they have not started laying eggs they have started mating recently .I did not want to rehome them, but I’m not ready for the baby process, they are both friendly and step up . The male Will let you pet him once outside of the cage ( he protects his home and girlfriend )but the female does not like rubs the female prefers to be on your finger or on your shoulder especially if you have treats or dinner. the male has one wing clipped so they can fly but will only get so far the female can fly all over. Yoshi is a3 year old, super friendly and affectionate clown of a bird. I’ve only had him a year but circumstances in my life have made it so I can’t keep him and give him the love that he needs daily. He’s a lot of fun! I paid $1500 for him but I am giving his cage with him in this transfer. I really hope to find someone who knows the proper diet and what the financial and time commitment is for this baby. He’s so sweet and silly, I’d hate to see anything change that.

Beautiful macaw she is about 10 years old and her name is Cosmo .I originally bought her for my little girl and as of now my family is going through some hard times and I cannot afford this beautiful girl . She is so smart loves baths loves all kinds of food and is such a talker. Only downfall to her is when I bought her she was in a pet store because her original owner passed away amd from the stress of the move and the birds she was with inside a room she plucked the front of her bald. I have four young parakeets who are still in training. They are very friendly birds and are all very close! They will step up on your finger but sometimes gets scared of coming out of the cage. Jenday Conure Parrot
I bought my roomate a female Jenday parrot as a gift last year but they did not take her when they moved out, trying to find someone who has the time to care for her as I am barely home due to work and family . She is approximately 2 years old, banded and can be noisy at times but loves attention. She can say some words and sings/whistles. We have been caring for her for the past few months and have put in more money than we are selling her for. We just want to make sure she has a good home. Experience with parrots is a plus because this is a very vocal breed. She may need a bigger cage but we did not plan on her being left behind so everything including cage, Play area including perches, ladder and swings, toys and three bags of food including seed and vegetable mix, nutriberries and rainbow pellets are included. Please do not contact me if you dont intend on paying the adoption fee. Anyone who has experience with this type of bird knows this type of breed is not found cheap, and even adoption centers require a 400$ adoption fee and that is JUST for the bird itself. The cost alone of the bird plus the items Im giving away is way more than a bargain so if you cannot afford the fee you should probably not look into getting a jenday because their diet and overall care isnt cheap. This also helps us to know that she is going to a responsible owner. There are a lot of scammers on craigslist who have attempted getting her free and these people normally turn around and sell to people who are often inexperienced with these birds and Ive seen and heard of people harming these birds or selling them to multiple homes due to inability to handle the cost and behaviors as they tend to be loud birds when not socialized with properly.
