Otis is a Border Collie born on Aug.10, 2021 and is registered with ABCA. Otis was given the rare mostly white markings with a Blue Merle colored right ear. Otis loves to play, almost as much as he loves people. Otis is an excellent ball handler, and can fetch a good stick. He knows his name, and will often come when he is called, if he's not too busy.
