Professional Stud Dog Owners As professional breeders, we have a selection of stud dogs available with different lines in them for you to choose from. We can guarantee a boy suitable for your girl – we also have a good selection of different colours and know the history behind them so can tell you what colour grandparents were and so on and so forth. Our boys have also had their eyes tested and our older boys have had their sperm levels checked. All our boys are Kennel Club registered and we have their full pedigree going back 10+ generations. We are fully licensed, vet inspected and very experienced breeders of Cairn Terriers. We have been breeding and showing our Cairns for Over 43 years and if we all combined our knowledge we would have well over 150 years of experience! All Our Stud Dogs Have Been DNA Tested For CMO and Are all Clear. Many of our boys have stud book numbers, along with excellent temperaments and are very typical of the Cairn type. We also have offspring from all our Stud Dogs that we’ve run on and shown (if you wish to see previous offspring). Many of Our Dogs have been shown, with many qualifying for Crufts and being shown there. We have a large number of boys as we are strong believers in breeding correctly – No inbreeding, which is something we have believed in and followed for many years. Features and benefits of our excellent service: We supervise all mating; we make sure they remain safe throughout the time of mating, whilst they are tied so no injuries occur. We will always be sure that the bitch is ready and will not force a mating if she isn’t. We have the facilities available here that if you should wish to leave your girl here for a few days with us, you are more than welcome to. We are here to help through the pregnancy and if you need any help during the whelping and weaning of the pups, we have many years of experience with birthing and breeding of dogs. Our dogs are registered with the British Kennels Club (BKC) and some also with the Irish Kennel Club (IKC). Also we have the facilities available here that if you should wish to leave your bitch here for a few days- if she’s not quite ready or for a repeat mating you are more then welcome too do so.
