Recently Adopted Conure Birds Near Indiana Beach
2 loving conures to re-home
I currently have 2 conures that I need to rehome. Due to a family change and no room for the birds.
The 1st is a sun conure name Joey, I have had Joey for 6 yrs, tame will step up, give kisses and laugh with you. Just until 2 years ago we found that Joey was not a boy but a girl, due to her Bi-yearly laying of eggs. But she is a sweet heart. She does prefer men over women, but will go to anyone. She is believed to be 8yrs old and is banded. Joeys wings are not clipped and she can fly.
The 2nd is a Nanaday name is Birdie ,I rescued her 4 yrs ago, she was cage bound when I got her, she is very timid. Rather stay in her cage. But with a little help she will come out and is very nice. Will ride on your shoulder and loves taking a bath in the sink. Birdie is an older bird , My guess 15yrs, she is not banded.
Both birds live in same cage and I will not split them up, so do not ask. They must go to a good home, and you must have experience with conures. The price is firm & nonnegotiable, again don't ask.
They will come with there cage, feeding dishes and toys. The cage is an older cage and large. will need a cage to travel in. Cage stands 4' tall x 3' wide x 2' deep -- so it is large.
