Dachshunds are a very unique breed. If you've never owned a dachshund and are about to, congratulations! They will literally change your life and the dynamics in your home in a great and positive way! We got our first dachshund (black/tan short coat) 15 years ago and were hooked on this wonderful breed. We still have our 15 year old dachsie(Melly) and have provided her with a family of long and short coat siblings over the last six years. It is a pleasure and joy to carefully select each breeding and find loving and responsible homes for each one. We strive for good health, conformation and disposition in our breeding program and we have a few litters each year ensuring that each pup gets personal attention from our family/children. They are raised in the comfort of our home with love and proper socialization from our family, friends and other pets. We mainly raise long coats in the colors of Red, Black/Tan, English Cream, Dapples, Piebalds and Chocolate/Tan. We do have a few short coats each year as well.
