Needs huge quantities of affection and attention that I can’t provide right now. He understands his name “ Charlie “ and speaks some. He says “ what’s the matter , what you doing “ and a few other words. He gives me kisses, and will sit on the arm of my chair while I’m watching TV. I hand feed him snacks, especially loves almonds. He’s very healthy his feathers are not pecked and he loves bathing.
