His 8 years old. He prefers a man handlers. My husband can play with him all he wants but for me as a woman and the hand that takes care of his grooming necessities and findings , he won’t let be pet him freely. He will try to bite me if I try. He will step up on my finger or stand on my shoulder. But I can’t keep a pet that I fear. I’ve had him for about 3 years. The first owner said that the parrot was born without one of his toes. He has full wings and flies around the house. We put him in the cage only at bedtime. If you have any questions please Tex.
