I have been breeding English mastiffs for 4 years now but in love with them for 15 years. All my puppies leave microchipped, up to date on age appropriate shots and deworming. They all leave with a health certificate and Vet check. I send a puppy package with each puppy that includes a harness and leash that fits at the time of leaving. My puppies are socialized with other dogs as well as cats and people. I do video updates and will require a video chat and phone conversations prior to accepting you as the new home for one of my babies.
