Full akc and breeding rights if wanted he is not fixed . He is a nice boy 1 years old trained to go outside. He loves to play & walk I am a breeder in Mankato Minnesota who works with a lot of other breeders in and outside of Minnesota. I own all female frenchies and I just don't want to deal with a male in my home while they are in heat or having pups.
