These beautiful all black GSD puppies will be ready for a new home in mid February! 4 total, 1 male and 3 females. Mom is AKC registered, 70 lb farm and family dog, amazing guard instinct, calm, quiet until necessary, cautious upon meeting strangers, but is the most warm and loving dog to family and friends. She is everything a GSD should be! Plays fetch and has run around the farm with our horses and sheep since she was a puppy. Dad is CKC registered, 82 lb family dog with protection and schutzhund training. He was imported from Canada. He is a beautiful, extremely smart dog that can turn on his protection mode at moments notice with a single command. Otherwise he is as calm and laid back as can be. We chose to bring these two dogs together because both have the calmest temperaments, they both enjoy lounging around basking in the sun room all day, are calm and respectful when meeting strangers but warm up quickly, and are the most loving family dogs that will follow you around from room to room to make sure you are "okay". Secondly, with one being American and the other Canadian the puppies have enough genetic diversity to ensure a long healthy life, free of hip displaysia or any other genetic disorders. Lastly, size, both dogs' weight and height are right where they should be according to breed standard. These puppies will not be the 110 lb oversized monster Shepherds you see on the market today. They will be true to standard, sleek, fit, agile dogs with great personalities. You can't go wrong with these pups. They will be great long living dogs with big hearts! Will make great service dogs, police dogs, protection dogs or family couch potatoes... You'll never take them out without hearing the words, "WOW, what kind of dog is that?
