Petzlover
We bought the most amazing dog back in May. Henry is an English cream golden retriever. He has been wonderful with all 4 of our kids. His only downside is he will growl when they try to take a toy. They lay on him, sit on him, mess with him when he eats, he never even flinches. But he has a bad habit of ‘retrieving’ their toys all day long and when they go to take them he quietly growls. I don’t feel terribly alarmed by it, and just ask them to have me get it back, which he never growls at me. However, friends and parents are alarmed and due to always having friends over he’s always in his cage. He is amazing with other dogs, submissive, smart, calm, kind and absolutely adorable and sweet! He’s a big baby and has never been hyper. The trainer I had come when he was a puppy said he was too good to even take my money!! He’s a doll and would do amazing in a home without toddlers!
