Clear tail violet Indian Ringneck

I got him from a local pet store about a month ago with another bird. They did not come with papers. He’s 5 months old. Unfortunately they are fighting and not getting along. He’s the aggressive one. He’s now in a separate cage, and will come with that along with toys and some food. He does bite but I’m working with him. I would just like to get my money back.
