Rocket was the most playful young puppy at 5 months old seeking to be loved when I met him at the shelter in June 2021. My newborn son had just passed away right before adopting Rocket (so we needed each other). He is good most days with a consistent routine, but I am no longer in the position nor capable of consistently training or walk him or him siblings as I used to. He really requires someone who can be patient with training, walk him a few times per wk, and keep him busy to burn energy. Rocket is very loving, energetic, playful, but not clingy. Rocket is a Lab/Stafford Terrier (DNA test was completed) and weighs about 50lbs. He is a big fan of play catch, throwing balls, etc. He’s fun to play with, and loves chewing on things, so he can be very destructive when bored, so I keep him entertained with big bones to chew on for hours. I have 4 other dogs, and he does very well with the pack. Rocket gets a bit anxious in the car sometimes but loves the dog park.
