We are trying to rehome our Lab. $1000 or best offer. Meet Poppy, she is a purebred chocolate Labrador Retriever. She will be 3 years old on 10/31/2023. She is fixed and also has a chip. Up to date on shots. She has a missing toe on her back right foot. It does not bother her in anyway. We usually get her groomed every 4 to 6 weeks at Petco. She knows the basic commands such as stay, sit, lay down, leave it, in, come. She has a lot of energy. Loves kids. My kids are 7 and 10 yrs old. She will come with toys, a crate,dog food and treats, whatever she has at the time. A food container, bed blanket, collar, leash, she has a rechargeable bark collar w/remote and her food bowls. She is still learning. She barks a lot, has anxiety when left home alone and meets new people. Still learning to walk on a leash. We have good days and bad days. She does great in a car, does not get sick. The reason why we are rehoming her is because I have been dealing with a lot of new of medical issues and my health has significantly went down hill. I do not have the strength to walk her as she is a big and very strong dog. I have very little energy to play or give her the time she needs. With my husand working swing and kids at school, there is really no one to help me with her. When we first got her I did not have all these medical issues. We feel that it is very unfair to her not to be able to run and play and get walks everyday. She needs a family to give her the attention she needs and we can no longer do it.
