Bolivian Military Macaws (very large) – Two pairs, unrelated
Listing Type
Pet for Sale
Listing Description
Bolivian Military Macaws (very large) – Two pairs, unrelated; proven. They sit and feed. Both have been scoped by an avian veterinarian in 2016 and are 100% viable and active. These are not pets. They get aggressive towards people coming near their cage when they want to breed, but will let you clean their cage and change food once you open the cage door. These are real breeders, not converted pets. A private room was built to house these Macaws, but they can see each other and the males scream and bluff at each other disturbing African Greys in an adjacent room; usually in the mornings and at dusk. If anyone has raised Greys, they don’t like to hear Macaws in the background. The females primarily stay in their nest boxes, unless it’s closed off after a clutch has been pulled for their recovery. Large cages and next boxes are available for pickup only because of their size and weight. Any questions please feel free to message me or email me at Email Me Here. Thank you!
