We have a male un-neutered 9 month old Rex rabbit available for re-homing, named Blippi. We have ended up with too many buns and want him in a home where he can receive more attention. -- -- Blippi is mostly litter trained, he does fine with urine but escaping poo pellets is somewhat unavoidable with rabbits. He has had daily run-around time inside house and fenced-in yard as well as daily handling, but is completely content in cage or dog crate as well. He has no major bad habits, just typical bunny behavior like digging and chewing which can be mitigated with rabbit-proofing areas of the house he will be in and plenty of chew toys. -- -- He's very friendly with both kids and animals (including dogs, cats, rats, etc but NOT other male rabbits) and enjoys short periods of cuddling and lap-sitting. However, he is mostly independent and not necessarily a "lap rabbit." Blippi's personality is like that of a dog: not usually interested in being held, but ALWAYS wanting your love and attention. He is a funny, happy, curious boy who would do fine with any other animals in home, just no other rabbits unless they're well-separated. -- -- Asking $40 including a bag of pellets and timothy hay to transition him properly.
