I brought in a stray in December. She had 7 puppies 10 days later. I have 4 left. 1 male, 3 females. The male is the tri-color. The females are fawn and 1 black and white. The black and white one, mama dog bit her before her eyes opened so she has scar tissue. My vet feels that when she's under being spayed, the part that didnt open can be snipped. It will never be perfect but her vision on that side will not be impeded anymore. They are 5 months old now (born Dec 27). They have all their shots and have been dewormed. They have been on heartworm preventative since 8 weeks old. Mama dog was a bully breed. Not sure about daddy dog. They are all between 40 and 45 lbs. They are good with kids and other dogs. Not sure about cats. They are submissive around my big dogs and show their bellies. They will need to be spayed or neutered. The male is afraid of stairs so if you live in a second floor apartment, forget about it. The fawn girls, one is more outgoing than the other. The lighter one in the front doesnt like loud noises and would be completely content to lay in your lap on the couch watching a movie. I just want these babies to go to good homes where they'll be treated like a part of the family, not left to live outside in a dog house and given the attention they deserve.
