This mixed breed was developed from crossing a Saint Bernard with a Rottweiler. They are affectionate, loyal, protective, quiet, and friendly dogs. These hybrid dogs have a high tendency to drool as the Saint Bernard parent does, and usually shed moderately. St. Weilers gain weight easily, so they require regular exercise to stay in shape and keep healthy. These dogs are great property guardians and will let you know when an intruder is around.
