Comes with USDA paperwork and records plus cat scratch post tower that they likes to play on and some toys,clothing, diapers, food, heating pads, lighting, nesting boxes. Very simple to maintain,hand fed daily and will live 15 to 20 years.Very portable and have the size of a small squirrel.
