My friend moved into an apartment that doesn’t allow pets I tried to step up and take the responsibility but I am way to much of a busy person. She wasn’t treated very good with her old owner I wasn’t able to receive her records so I haven’t been able to get her groomed or anything in my area I just want her to have a good life with a good family and I can’t provide that for her
