These dogs are not free. Asking $200 for male and $300 for female. ($200 less than what she paid for each, supposedly). She will tell you she is not charging for the puppy itself; claiming cost to cover shots, check up, and "potty training class". "Training" in any capacity is not part of a re homing fee.
