Maui was my service dog but after a long and sad process of his increased anxiety and skittish, I made the hard decision of retiring him early. He is 1 year old and is very well behaved. He has, unfortunately, learned some bad habits from my roommates puppy like begging for attention and jumping which will need to be worked on. He is extremely intelligent but his confidence needs to be worked on for him to become the best version of himself. I wish nothing more to keep him, he is my best friend, but I know that if I were to get a new puppy to start training, he wouldn't get the attention he deserves or wants. He loves kids and while he would be fine in a home with other dogs, he is an absolute attention hog. He isn't much of a cuddler though. He's also fine with cats, he will want to sniff and greet them at first but after a bit of time, he doesn't pay them much mind. I just want him to be happy and I know that what he needs is to just be a pet. So there will be a rehoming fee to cover even a little bit of his 3.5k worth of training. Some additional facts: -Birthday is September 30th 2019 -He is neutered $800 is negotiable but please dont lowball.
