Carl is a sweet, funny boy who loves to talk! He doesn’t have any bad habits and he will even give you kisses! He comes with the cage, toys, food/water bowls, perches and a partial bag of his favorite foods! My preteen daughter got him as a gift last summer and she just isn’t interest anymore. These birds are usually $700-$1,000 not including the cage! He is a rare find!
