Shipping Cost: All animals are shipped overnight via FedEx and the cost is between $50 and $99. Orders over $1000 ship free.

Animal(s) are shipped to and held for pickup at a FedEx hub location and picked up by the buyer on the arrival day (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).
If agreed upon in writing to be shipped to a Residential or Business address, buyer must be present on the 1st delivery attempt.
If there is a death with the animal(s) upon receipt, we must be notified within 2 hours of the pickup/ delivery.
Animal(s) are shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid FedEx weekend shipping delays.
