We will ship. These two babies were handfed from hatch day on. You will get DNA certificate with your baby. You will also get a hatch certificate so you can remember his or her hatch day. These birds have been raised around other bird species, children and dogs so they are very well adjusted. The male loves to have neck scratches and he is the heavier of the two. The female likes to be near you and watch you. She is a bit timid when she first meets someone. Both are very tame. They are generally very quiet unless they run out of food or are trying to talk. Both of these birds currently have their wings clipped. I allow them to grow up and make several fights before clipping their wings because I want them to know they are birds and know how to control themselves and have the skills to be able to safely land. I then will clip the wings just so the bird and their new family have a chance to get used to each other before they start flying around the house. We are a small closed aviary in Coto de Casa. Rose breasted or galah cockatoos are one of the smaller and certainly one of the most quiet cockatoos. They are very easy to train and they fly beautifully. Many people will use this type of bird to train to recall or free fly. These cockatoos are generally considered to be fairly good talkers. Rosies are one of the more cuddly cockatoos as well.
