Or best offer...Since his birthday 4/8 he has been my world he is a support animal he might be best on a farm or breeder cat he has strong emotions very extra mushy so I don’t feel I have the rights to clip his balls that’s just not right for me he is like my child if you clip him that’s on you but he is living and breathing and feels I have no right to clip him I didn’t crest him but I live in. Small apart and he needs a female cat lol need him to go by 5/25
