They’re easily loveable birds. Very smart. The female is able to open the cage door on her own, which forced us to lock it several times. She managed to escape and fly around the neighborhood, but made it back home safely with her little friend. We’ve had them for a year and unfortunately cannot take care of them the way they deserve to be cared for due to our busy schedules. They want a loving home with people to play with and get constant attention. The female loves to nibble on scrap paper & they both love warm robes to hide in and sleep in. They fly behind the door occasionally when it’s time for bed and they like to cuddle in sweaters or robes that are hung up.
