JoJo is a sweet, 2 year old female Cowboy Corgi (Corgi/Blue Heeler mix), a very desirable mixed breed our vet told us. Our son had unforeseen circumstances and had to unexpectedly move to an RV trailer park which is not a good space for her. She is a precious soul but too high energy for me and my husband and our sedate, elderly dog. We are looking for a committed home for JoJo that will give her the consistent attention she craves. She has always lived outdoors and being a cattle dog breed would make a good country dog with lots of space to run, and play, and explore. She would not be a good pet for someone gone all day. She needs a lot of exercise and something to do. She is unspayed, microchipped, up to date on all shots, and is regularly wormed with medication and organic pumpkin seeds. She is smart, affectionate, good with other dogs, and a fierce little watchdog. She is not aggressive at all but her high energy, curiosity, and demand for attention might be overwhelming for small children. We will provide a composite dog house, a bag of her favorite treats, and a bag of the Purina One Lamb & Rice food she was raised on to avoid digestive distress if the plan is to ease her to a different brand. We thought about selling her for up to $450 to recoup money invested but our main goal is just finding a good, loving home where she has plenty of room to run and play and will receive the attention she craves. We are asking a $100 rehoming fee and will require a rehoming agreement be signed.
