Once a very tame hand reared parrot he has sadly been kept in a cage and not let out in nearly 2 years. Must go to someone who can show him love, care and affection and bring him back around to who he was once upon a time, letting him perch out of the cage more than in will work tremendously. He is a lovely parrot other than that, has good character and a great personality, delivery can be arranged if required.
