Meet Alfie, who is a 20 month old neutered F1b Sheepadoodle. He is up to date on all shots and vaccinations, including optional vaccinations (we will include papers). His mom was a 50/50 poodle / old English sheepdog and dad was a 100% black and white party poodle. As a result, you will see Alfie’s unique spotting pattern that never ceases to draw attention and compliments :). Alfie is well trained and obedient, to the point that our walks can be on or off leash. Alfie is not a barker and is extreme loving and social towards people and dogs. Alfie is perfectly house trained and does not have accidents. He can make it all day without issue. We typically go for a short walk / potty in the morning, go out annd play a bit around noon (when I work from home) and a longer walk in the evening. He loves to walk, jog, and play fetch with a dog football. The longest we have walked is around 5 miles (typically go 2 to 3) and the longest we’ve jogged is around 4 miles (also typically 2-3). Alfie currently lives with a cat that he gets along with great and plays chase with around the house on occasion (both enjoy this thoroughly). He also likes to play tug with me in the house. He’s never been aggressive— neither towards people nor other pets. He goes to bed around 9:30 on his own bed at night and is up around 7:30am, but he’s a great sleeper and can adapt to other schedules if needed. We feed Alfie once a day around noon, but he could adapt to other feeding schedules as needed also. We are re-homing Alfie because we are moving out of state to a condominium that doesn’t allow pets over 15 pounds. Alfie is around 65 pounds. He is extremely loyal with a great disposition. It is very difficult for us to let him go, but if we find the right environment for him we will be OK with it. Alfie would make an AMAZING Christmas gift as a well trained and healthy young dog that is great with people and other pets. All Alfie’s collars, leashes, harnesses, toys, feeding items, etc. will be included. Also, I added a couple of his puppy pics from when he was smaller and shaggier. We keep him trimmed closely with a ‘poodle cut’, but he can also have other cuts like a ‘doodle cut’, etc. Offers will be considered.
