Harley is currently 20 wks old and pure-bred Shih Tzu. Recently purchased as a Christmas gift but turns out they can't have him. Im hoping to recoup what I paid but am willing to negotiate. He's up to date on shots, great with kids as well as other dogs. Hes super cute and lovable. Harley's expected adult size is around 10-15 pounds.
