He was doing pretty good but she doesn't have the time to properly train him. He has potential to be a good dog but he needs land. He needs a lot of love. There is a rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home. He's up to date on all his shots and worming. He isn't fixed. That could also be a reason why he has so much energy to burn.
