Say hello to Mackie. Mackie is a four month old, 3.5 pound blue and gold Yorkie. He was born March 9th 2020 and I purchased him May, 2020. I bought him from a reputable New York City breeder with an impeccable reputation. Upon buying Mackie I was provided with: Health Insurance Doctor's information Registry with NYS Health Department Registry with Michelson Found Animals Registry Microchip Dog Tags Collapsable Cage. Upon transaction all detailed paperwork regarding Mackie will be provided. Mackie is not spayed or neutered because he is only four months. Those procedures can be done after he is one year old. He is very active, affectionate and loves to play. Because of his tender age he cannot walk on the ground or play with other dogs yet. He does enjoy the outside as long as he's in a carrier, stroller or bag. I recently took him to get vaccinated and Dr. Monroe suggested to be careful with him because he is a baby and very fragile. Mackie is very young and not expected to grow beyond five to six pounds. He requires lots of love and attention. I will not sell him to just anyone. I would rather a family that will continue to maintain his checkups, feed him proper foods and provide him with a clean, loving and safe home. I don't want to part with my baby, however my life is beginning to obtain some semblance of normalcy so I can no longer provide him with the attention he needs. Small Yorkies cannot be left alone or caged all day. It is cruel and traumatizing to them and it is also neglectful. I am no longer home during the day and it would be cruel to lock him up in a cage all day. I do not want to give him to a shelter and never have any idea of who is adopting him.
