Handsome beardie looking for a new home
Our oldest moved away for college this past year. Although we have tried to love his beardie like he did when he was home, we feel he is not getting the time and attention he deserves. We have decided to find him a new home. We have placed a price of $250 on he and his supplies. Nothing, outside of food (kale, fresh fruit, veggies, and crickets), will be needed. Please only contact us if you are looking for a beardie. Please do not bother to reach out about his tank or the accessories that go with it. This is a hard decision, and we will not rehome him to anyone who does not seem like the perfect fit. Please be prepared to answer some questions about yourself. BoFrank (funny story behind his name!) is a little less than two years old. He has never acted aggressively or bitten anyone for any reason. He has been in a home with children, a dog and cat and is not easily rattled. He enjoys free play in the house whenever permitted and has a playful personality. He loves to be held and petted as regularly as possible (He used to sleep outside of his cage with our oldest). His tank is a Atasuki. It is less than a year old, purchased in June of 2023. It has dual sliding glass doors and we have chosen to use reptile sand in the base. The measurement of his tank (including the lid and brace) is : 47 1/4 inches wide 23 1/2 inches high And 19 1/2 inches deep His heat / UV bulb were replaced this past month. His additional UV bulb and night lamp (red heat lamp) are about three months old. One of the lamps is brand new it is an Exoterra lamp and can take up to a160 watt xxxx.xx currently houses a daylight/heat bulb. The other two lamps are about a year old and run a max of 150 watt bulb. The night lamp and an additional daylight bulb are housed in those bases.View Detail
