American Bully is originated from United States but Shetland Sheepdog is originated from United Kingdom. American Bully may grow 9 cm / 4 inches higher than Shetland Sheepdog. American Bully may weigh 38 kg / 84 pounds more than Shetland Sheepdog. Both American Bully and Shetland Sheepdog has almost same life span. Both American Bully and Shetland Sheepdog has almost same litter size. American Bully requires Low Maintenance. But Shetland Sheepdog requires Moderate Maintenance
The American Bully breed was founded in the United States in the mid of 1990s also recognized by the United Kennel Club on July 15, 2013. They are augmentation from the American Pit Bull Terrier breed. The ultimate goal of creating this breed was the best family companion. They are selective breeding which means the characteristics and their temperament are artificial ones. So they are influenced by several other breeds like English Bulldog and Olde English Bulldog. The Shetland Sheepdog was crossed with working collies and brought to the islands. They were bred on the Shetland Islands, United Kingdom.
