1. How to Register / Sign In With PetzLover?

To register or sign in, click the or icon located at the top-right corner of the homepage.
Mobile users can tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-right corner to find the and options click or link, enter your email address and click submit.
If you are already a registered user, enter the password to access your PetzLover account. If you are a new user, follow the steps to create your new PetzLover account. Alternatively you can also login or register using your google account by clicking Continue with Google.

2. How do I verify my email address and phone number?

  1. Log in to your PetzLover account and navigate to the settings page.
  2. To verify your Email address: Enter your email address in the appropriate fields, then click the Verify button.
  3. You’ll receive a verification code via email. Enter the verification code that you have received in your email and click the verify button. Then your email address will get verified. If you haven’t received a verification email in your inbox, please check the spam folder as well. If you received it in the spam folder, mark it as not spam to receive our future communication emails.
  4. To verify your phone number: Enter your phone number in the appropriate fields, then click the Verify button. You'll be requested to choose a verification method. Select your preferred verification method & follow the instructions provided, and once completed, your phone number will be successfully verified.

3. How to Update/ Edit My Email address?

  1. Log in to your PetzLover account and navigate to the settings page.
  2. Enter your New Email Address in the appropriate field.
  3. Scroll down and click the Update button to save your changes.

4. How to update My Location?

You can change your location in a 3 month interval.

  1. Log in to your PetzLover account and navigate to the settings page.
  2. Scroll down to find the field Location.
  3. Enter your city and state name in the field.
  4. Scroll down and click the Updatebutton to save your changes.

5. How to Update my Contact Number?

  1. Log in to your PetzLover account and navigate to the settings page.
  2. Scroll down to find the field, contact number.
  3. Enter your new contact number in the field.
  4. Scroll down and click the update button to save your changes.

6. How to Unsubscribe my notification received by an email?

You will find “Click here to unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email which you received in your inbox. You can click the link to unsubscribe from PetzLover email notifications. Or else Please write to contact@petzlover.com to unsubscribe your email notification.

7.How to Delete My account?

  1. Log in to your PetzLover account and navigate to the settings page.
  2. Scroll down to find the field Delete my account.
  3. Enter the reason for deletion and click delete my account.

8.How to Activate My Deleted account?

Log in to your PetzLover account, in the login popup itself it will ask Reactivate My Account. By clicking on that, your PetzLover account will be activated successfully.

9. How can I report scam.?

Click on the "Report" option under the respected user's profile, provide a detailed reason, and then click submit Or else write to contact@petzlover.com to report about the scam user with user details like phone number, PetzLover user profile link or the ad id of the user who you suspect as scammer.

For Seller / Breeder :

1. How much does it cost to list an ad with PetzLover?

To list an ad, you can choose either our free plans or premium plans.

Free plan users can post up to 10 free ads at no cost and Unlimited Premium ads on our platform.
Each ad will remain active for four months, ensuring maximum visibility to potential buyers.
Interested buyers will contact you through phone calls and text messages at your provided contact details.
Additionally, they will use our messaging system for communication purposes.

Premium plan users: The premium plans come with added features to increase your ad’s visibility and reach.
For more details and pricing, after logging in to your Petzlover account, Click the My ads link from the main menu.
Click Upgrade from one of your ads to view the pricing and upgrade your ad. Click here to view the plans and pricing.

2. What are the benefits of upgrading my ad?

Upgrading to a Premium Ad provides several advantages, giving your ad high priority and ensuring it is displayed prominently among other breed ads. This increases its chances of being noticed, helping you sell your pets faster.Here are the key benefits of upgrading your ad:

  1. Free communication plan to connect easily.
  2. Real-time Chat with buyers.
  3. A Premium label to highlight your ad.
  4. See contact details of people who viewed your ad.
  5. Reach out to interested buyers directly.
  6. Your ad will appear between other ads for better exposure.
  7. Radius-based promotion to target local buyers.
  8. High priority and visibility for more views.

If you choose Country level radius, Your Ad will be shown on the Home page of PetzLover website

3. How can I post an ad?

Click on the "Post New Ad" button located on the Top right side of the website or from the home page you can select the pet and breed from the form then click the Sell button.
Fill all the required details in the form, Don’t forget to add photos and videos of your pet and click the "Submit" button to finalize your ad.
Now your ad has been published under free plan.
After successfully posting your ad. Now you have the option to upgrade your free ad to Premium ad to get the premium benefits.
By clicking the upgrade link from the plan you would like to choose and complete the payment.
Once the payment is completed, immediately your ad will be published as a premium ad.

4. How many Photos can I upload in my ad?

You can upload up to 30 photos in your ad. Also you can select the default image for your ad which will be represented in the search.

5. How many Videos can I upload in my ad?

You can upload upto 5 videos in your ad.

6. How do I upgrade to a Premium Ad?

Log in to your PetzLover account and navigate to the My Adspage.Locate the ad you wish to upgrade and Click the upgrade option on your ad.
Choose your preferred plan and follow the steps to complete the payment process.
Note : It’s a one time payment. No auto renewal process.

7. What are the payment options?

We use PayPal as our exclusive payment processor. For all payments related to your PetzLover account, simply use PayPal to complete your transactions.

8. How can I check my payment details?

Login to your PetzLover account.Navigate to the My Orders page to view all your payment details that you have done for your PetzLover account.

9. How can i Check my current plan details for my ad?

  1. Log in to your PetzLover account and navigate to the My Ads page to view your ad.
  2. Plan details of your ads are listed under each of your ads, where you can see the current plan of your ads.

10. How do I renew or extend my Premium Ad on PetzLover?

  1. Log in to your PetzLover account and navigate to the My Ads page.
  2. Locate the ad you wish to upgrade and Click the upgrade option on your ad.
  3. Choose your preferred plan and follow the steps to complete the payment process.

11. How do I communicate with potential buyers as a premium customer?

  1. Log in to your account: Access your PetzLover account.
  2. Go to "My Ads" Click on the "My Ads" page.
  3. Access buyer info: click the "Interest" option on your ad to view the contact details of interested buyers.
  4. Direct communication: Use the provided contact details to reach out directly.

If you're unable to connect via the contact number, you can use PetzLover's messaging system to communicate with buyers conveniently.

12. How can I use Messaging system to communicate with interested buyers?

You can see the message option after clicking the contact user/seller option under the user’s profile, Click on it and you can start communicating with them.

13. How does the messaging system work when a buyer sends me a message?

If a user sends you a message, the message icon in the Top right corner of the page will be highlighted. Here’s how it functions

  1. Click on the icon: Open the conversation and respond to the message.
  2. If the sender is offline: Your message will be sent, and the user can reply later, once they login to their account and see your message.
  3. If the sender is online: You can engage in a live chat instantly.

This feature makes it easy to communicate with other users, whether in real-time or through messages.

14. What do Impression / Displayed, Views, and Interests mean in my ad?

  1. Impression (Imp)/ Displayed:The "displayed" under the ad indicates how many times we have showcased your ad to the users to view your ad, while they are in search of finding their pets.
  2. Views: The number of people who clicked on and viewed your ad / profile.
  3. Interests: The number of people who showed interest in your ad.

15. How can I edit my ad and add or modify pictures/videos?

  1. Sign in to your PetzLover account and go to the "My Ads" page.
  2. Click on the "Edit" option for your ad, which will take you to the "Modify Ad" page.
  3. Make the necessary changes to your ad, including adding or modifying pictures/videos, then click "Submit".
  4. If you are facing any issue while uploading your photos or videos, You can send the photos and videos to contact@petzlover.com , mentioning the ad id. We will upload it on behalf of you.

16. How can I delete my ad?

Sign in to your PetzLover account and go to the "My Ads" page.Click on the "Delete" button on your ad.

For Buyer:

1.How can I search for pets as a buyer on the PetzLover Site?

You can search for your preferred breed pets in your location or by using the ad ID by clicking the search icon in the top right of the navigation section on desktop, or in the top menu icon (three horizontal lines) on mobile.

2. How can I save an ad?

You can save an ad by simply clicking the Heart icon at the top right of any ad.

3. How can I view my saved ad?

You can view your saved ad by clicking the heart icon in the top right of the navigation section on desktop, or in the top menu icon (three horizontal lines) on mobile. If you want to remove it, you can do it from there.

4. How can I save my search?

You can save your search by simply clicking the Subscribe (heart icon) button at the top right of the search results page.

5. What happens when I save a search?

If you save your search result page, then you will get notifications of the future listings for sale of the particular search breed / category via email.

6. How do I share an ad?

Click on the share icon in the Ad and share it by using your preferred option.

7. Who do I contact if I am interested in a puppy?

If you are a free membership user, click on the contact seller button on the particular ad, then you must choose the plan, make the payment and contact the seller.
If you are a Communication plan user, Kindly click the contact seller button on the particular ad, and you can view the contact details of the seller and you can communicate with them directly.
Additionally, you can use our messaging system for communication purposes.

8.How can I pay for a communication plan?

  1. Log in to your PetzLover account and navigate to the settings page.
  2. Scroll down to find the field communication plan and click the activate plan button.
  3. Then Choose your preferred plan and click the pay now button to complete the payment process.

Note : It’s a one time payment. No auto renewal process.

9. What are the payment options?

  2. Scroll down to find the field communication plan and Locate the 'Extend Plan' button.
  3. click the 'Extend Plan' button and select a plan to renew your communication services.

13. How does the messaging system work when a seller sends me a message?
