This beautiful buckskin coloured gelding is a horse with his heart in the right place. It is a horse that is well ridden and loves to work for his rider. With Prince fun comes first!Prince is well ridden and picks up his work easily, he is good on the aids, has a nice mouth and is comfortable. He has been ridden at L-level and has mastered the canter, walk to canter, walk to canter and backwards. Prince is not easily impressed by new things, so we have already made a jump with him and we took him out for a ride. He enjoys all of this very much! Prince is an enthusiastic horse, he loves to work and to please his rider, but because of this we think he is not suitable for a beginner or uncertain rider. He doesn't make a wrong move but he is enthusiastic when you make him "hot" and then he can feel forward and energetic which makes him less suitable for inexperienced riders. We would like to see him with a young rider with which he can do all kinds of fun and diverse things, that is what makes Prince the most happy! In handling Prince is a super sweet, quiet and affectionate horse that loves attention. He is well behaved at the grooming place and easily walks into the truck. Most people ask us if Prince is hot? No, not really, he is easy and nice to ride in the arena but if you do a lot of transitions, or jumping etc then "the engine turns on" and you can speed up if you want. We loved to ride him through the woods but you have to have some guts for that ;-) He is recently been sound on x-rays which was all fine.
