With a heavy heart, I am needing to rehome my 2 year old African Grey Charlie. Charlie has a small vocabulary but has many years left to learn with his new owner. Charlie is tame but will be hesitant to step up on your hand until he warms up to you. I am only rehoming him because my dogs are consistently harassing him and its not fair for him to be caged up. *only
