1.5 yo Fixed Male Pitbull
Gator is a 1.5 yo fixed male pitbull. He is very loving. He has good house manners. He knows many commands sit, stay, off, down, fetch, bed, etc. He loves to play with toys. He is good with both cats and dogs. As long as the other animal is friendly he will be friendly back. He could easily live with a dog or cat in the house.
He is high energy. I recently moved from 5 acres in Tennessee to an apartment in Anoka. He has not transitioned well. He needs a yard to run off-leash daily. I have been walking him up to four miles daily, and he is still going. In Tennessee, I would play ball with him for 15-20 minutes in the morning and again in the afternoon. This playing combined with his own laps around the yard kept him happy. In Tennessee, we had no problems with excess energy in the house. He is a snuggler on the couch or in bed.
He loves kids but can get over-excited. He needs to be watched with young kids. He doesn't know how big and strong he is but he's learning.
I never thought I would rehome him. But he is not happy in the apartment environment. He needs a yard and a furry brother or sister would be great for playtime.
He will come with a bunch of stuff bowls, leash, harness, toys, dry food, wet food, etc. I would like $200 to cover the cost of all the stuff I will give you for him.
