Pit boxer mix puppy 1 year needs good home with lots of attention pref

Due to circumstances outside of our control our puppy needs a new home ASAP she is having bad anxiety issues because the kids are no longer here for her to play with and I am by myself with multiple health issues and doctor appointment and she has to be alone for long periods of time and she has been becoming too much for me myself to handle. It is hard for me to get her outside often and she is alone far too long after being here with someone all day long her whole first year. She is very friendly and loving and is great with kids and we raised her to not be afraid of other dogs or to bark at things outside or new people. She is the most loving dog I have ever had after having dogs my whole life and it kills me to have to let my little best friend go but it\'s what\'s best for her. I have tons of food and all the items she\'ll need as well as an appointment set up for her to be spayed for free if that\'s what you desire to do. She has all her shots and has been given heartworm flea and tick and allergy meds just 3 weeks ago so she should be all set for the next couple months. Honestly I\'m not sure what else to say because truthfully if I didn\'t have to let her go I wouldn\'t be and it has probably taken me too long to try and find her a better home for her with a family who can care for her better now. In the past few weeks she has had issues with anxiety that has caused her to break out and shed but it has been seen by my vet and specialist who both said it was definitely separation and anxiety caused which is why I\'m breaking down I just can\'t see my poor little baby pup suffer to the point where it\'s affecting her health.
